Helping people find the perfect place to call home isn’t just my career — it’s my heritage. My mother, Naomi, began her real estate journey in 1972 and continued proudly until 2020. Today, my siblings, my nephew, and I continue the tradition she began, each in our own way. Real estate has always been a family business built on integrity, loyalty, and genuine care for our communities — values that continue to guide every interaction I have with my clients.
As the heart behind Homes by Eileen, I bring a blend of personal dedication and professional expertise to every transaction. My corporate background in the retail clothing industry, luxury goods industry, and commercial banking shaped my leadership style, sharpened my communication skills, and strengthened my ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. These experiences laid the foundation for the detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused service I provide today.
I specialize in residential listing and sales marketing, bringing an elevated approach to presenting homes, connecting with buyers, and guiding clients through the real estate process with confidence. I’ve built strong, lasting relationships not only with my clients, but also with trusted vendors, lenders, contractors, and business partners — all of whom help me deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. Beyond real estate, I’m a lifelong learner and a passionate creator. I enjoy reading, crafting custom cakes and cookies, cooking, and exploring new destinations both abroad and throughout New Jersey. From the mountains to the shore and everywhere in between, this state is full of hidden gems — and I love discovering them. Locally, I’m a dedicated supporter of All Humane Animal Rescue in Wanaque, assisting with community drives and supply efforts whenever possible.
